How do I get started with your services?
Getting started is simple. Click the “Start Free Trial” button to register your account at app.simirut.com. Once logged in, our onboarding wizard will guide you through setting up your company profile, adding employees, and creating your first project in just a few minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. for annual subscriptions or larger enterprise plans, we can also arrange payment via bank transfer (invoice).
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can manage your subscription plan at any time directly from your dashboard. Simply navigate to Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to new features, while downgrades will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all Simirut features, including Project Management, HR, and Finance modules. No credit card is required to start your trial, so you can explore the platform risk-free.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you choose to cancel, you will retain full access to your account until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will be frozen. We retain your data for a limited time in case you decide to reactivate, after which it is permanently deleted in accordance with data privacy regulations.
How secure is my data with your platform?
Security is our top priority. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all data transmission and store your information on secure servers with regular backups. We are fully compliant with GDPR regulations to ensure your business and employee data remains private and protected.
Do you offer refunds?
Since we provide a comprehensive free trial for you to evaluate the platform, we generally do not offer refunds for past billing periods. However, if you believe there has been a technical error or an exceptional circumstance, please contact our support team, and we will review your case individually.
How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you secure instructions to reset your password immediately.
